You can hammer away at the social networks the rest of your life and, if you don’t do something to stand out, growing a following for your efforts will take a lot of patience and work. The key is to utilize your brand. Give people a “meme” to think of you instantly.

"It’s critical that small businesses can be easily recognized in the social media space, setting them apart from their competition"
LogoMojo, a Deluxe Corporation (you know…the check printing company), has jumped into the social media sphere by announcing three new services to help small businesses improve their branding efforts in social media and mobile marketing. Customized profile pages and wallpapers allow small businesses to affordably extend their brand presence to smartphones and today’s most popular social media platforms: Facebook and the newly reengineered Twitter.
“More and more online customers are turning to social media to learn about products and services.” said Cono Fusco, creative director at LogoMojo. “It’s critical that small businesses can be easily recognized in the social media space, setting them apart from their competition.”
The timing couldn’t be better. The company’s new profile designs are compatible with the new Twitter specifications – an important aide to social network branding efforts.
The new social and mobile design offerings from LogoMojo, an online logo design company, include:
- Twitter Background & Profile Image: Three custom profile image concepts to choose from and two custom Twitter background concepts, designed to be compatible with new Twitter.
- iPhone & Blackberry Logo Wallpaper: Three custom smartphone background concepts to choose from that turn your logo into a branded wallpaper for iPhone® and Blackberry® users, plus easy, step-by-step instructions on how to add your background wallpaper design to your smartphone.
- Facebook & Twitter Profile Image: Three custom profile image concepts to choose from based on an existing logo design.
The samples look great. It’s quality work – but you will pay for it. $295 – $595, depending on the package you select. That’s considerably less than you might pay a top local artist to create a logo for you, but it’s still a lot more than a lot of startup entrepreneurs would like to pay.
I agree with the concept here. It’s a great idea to focus on your brand. Publish socially and include your brand in everything you do, to start setting that “hook” that pulls people into your net, to follow you and possibly choose to become your customer.
Here’s a tip, if you want to save some money: try setting up a free account on www.eLance.com. Put up $100 and post a request for bids to do your logo work, as described by LogoMojo. Tell them you’re willing to pay up to $200 … still less than the cheapest price LogoMogo offers here.
Designers will bid against each other, lowering their bids to get your attention. You can check their portfolios online and their reputation ratings for other work they’ve done and probably find a perfectly good logo artist willing to handle the work for $100.
LogoMojo is surely a much cleaner less complicated process. And the prices are reasonable by professional standards. You may just want to check it out, too, if your budget is a bit beefier than your free time. “New Twitter” pretty much knocks out need for Twitter Backround Designs…and most folks I know use 99Designs.com for Logos, not mentioned here.

With any of the bidding websites like elance its wise to choose logo designers with the best feedback. Not always, but in most cases (at least from my experience) you get what you pay for. Some business owners may be on a small budget, fair enough, branding is important so its best to have something as opposed to nothing but logo mojo offer a great deal at $295 – $595 and because a logo is so important because of the image people will associate with your business and the return on ivestment you will get even $595 is cheap! We also offer an affordable logo design service too that focuses on customer satisfaction and quality.
